Step 1: Contact Us

At this point we will need to know the type of work you are looking for, whether you are working with an architect and/or designer, if you have working drawings, permit stage, if any other professionals are involved, the time frame for completion of work, a budget, and any other relevant information you have available.

Step 2: Meeting

After our initial discussion, we will set up a convenient time and place to meet (ideally, at the intended work site) to discuss and review the project details.

Step 3: Detailed Estimate

After we have collected all the project details, we will contact our vendors, suppliers, sub-trades, etc. and get quotes. Please note, this may take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks depending on the type of work requested, and any other requirements you may have. Your estimate will include the costs to complete the work from start to finish.

Step 4: Agreement/Work Approval

At this stage, you have reviewed the detailed estimate and are now ready to agree on the work, the types of materials, and other specifics. We are now ready to schedule and start work.

Step 5: Work in Progress/Completion

While the work is in progress, we keep detailed invoices that outline our time/labour, sub-trades, material costs, and any other items we feel are important to share and review with you. We keep you informed on the progress and encourage you to ask us questions along the way. We take tremendous pride in managing your project and want to make sure you are comfortable every step of the way.

Your project comes to completion at this stage, and we will be very excited to review the final project with you!

Upon completion, you will receive a final invoice. (Please refer to our Billing Options page for details on the types of invoices that are available to you.)
